Hollie Greenaway of our sister company Fondant Dreams specialises in hand-modelled cake toppers and bespoke creative elements to complete the most show-stopping bakes. A self-taught modeller with a natural talent for animal, people and bridal modelling, Hollie will capture your likeness in fondant to create a keepsake like no other.

Hollie says: "I'm fortunate to have been surrounded by beautiful bakes with tremendous toppers from a young age, as my mother made all of our birthday cakes growing up. And if I’m lucky a cheeky chocolate hedgehog still makes an appearance every few years."

Hollie and Pippa bonded over a shared love of the theatre, their children and, of course, amazing cakes. Following many years of crafting beautiful and unique cakes for each other's families, they began to combine their passions by working together, smoothly passing the baton from deliciously baked to delightfully topped cakes.
