I'm Pippa Middlehurst. An innovative and experienced cake maker with an extensive background in hospitality. Following 20 years of planning, creating, and running many fabulous weddings and events, I narrowed my focus to an incredibly significant part of every celebration - the cake.

With the support and guidance and training from industry professionals and skilled bakers, I founded Sugar and Spiced Cakes. Today, as an award-winning cake-maker, I produce one-of-a-kind luxury wedding cakes for a truly discerning clientele.

I’m incredibly dedicated to each stage of the process, from the detailed design I develop from our first conversation, to the moment your luxury cake is delivered to your chosen venue, and the many hours of baking, icing and finessing in between.
